Near to a supermarket and station.Staff were great. The hotel was a bit old but comfortable.

Only stayed one night, but to say I will never recover is an understatement. The rancid stench when I entered crippled me, both emotionally and physically. Some blankets were provided, which provided ample warmth. But the fact they were soiled with c-m stains was a bit off putting. I woke up to the sounds of something dying, which wasn’t pleasant I might add. Would recommend this only as a place to lay and die.

Stayed here for four nights, and I was lucky (I guess) to be given a twin room for single use, which was wonderfully spacious and extremely comfortable. For the rate I paid, it was incredible value.It's an old-school hotel that may have seen better days, but it's not without style, charm and character. Staff are very service-minded, they actually let me check in at 8 in the morning (I arrived on an early flight) at no extra charge. Location is fantastic, too - quiet and peaceful, but in the centre of Potts Point, with loads of great eating places around, and the city centre within walking distance.Excellent place, highly recommended.

Hotel was broken into during my stay. My credit card data was stolen from the reception. Including data from one month ago which should have been destroyed. The police informed me and the hotel did not (as yet)Rooms noisy, location good. Value for money okay, ignoring the security negligence.

I have come on a trip to Australia and I have stayed in this hotel for 1 week. I have been traveling from Europe, where it is winter and I brought some jackets with me. a few days after leaving the hotel, heading to the north of Australia, I realized that I had forgotten my jackets in the closet... really an oversight on my part... but since we are here in summer, I really forgot completely of the same... of course... I called the hotel a few days later, surprised that they had not communicated with me to let me know that they had found them in the room, ... and they simply told me that they were not there... really a shame that if a client forgets a belonging, they steal it... lousy....if they find them and return them to me, I will change my opinion about the place... logically.

Hotel is old and tired, but clean and comfortable. Located close to Kings Cross station, restaurants, and other public transport. Reception staff were great. Very helpful and professional.

Excellent accommodation at a very reasonable price. Staff are extremely helpful. Some rooms have wonderful water views. The 311 bus leaves at the door for a quick trip to the city.

TV reception is always poor. Not a problem if you are in the city to party or with company; however, not good for a quiet night in.
