Beautiful place, nice and clean environment but when it is about talking to the management team, it becomes a nightmare. Very unprofessional, specially the guy at the front desk (I believe he is called Ralph). He yelled at me and behaved in a really disrespectful way while I was trying to explain my issue. He was just ignoring every word I was saying. It felt like he was being racist towards me. I'm glad I let him know he should learn some manners. They should really be more selective and cautious with the employees they choose.

This is the old Myers site. It's a welcome complex - cinema, apartments, ALDI, wide variety of cafes and restaurants.Heaps of underground parking, first two hours are free.I'm going back to have a closer look at the eateries. Its hip and trendy. Great location, public transportation outside the door. Good place to meet up with friends.Highly recommend a visit to eat, or just a look around, or window shop.

Pros:- Decent location, shops close by with plenty of eating options.- Agents were fast at processing lease application and we were in the building before we knew it.- Apartment was pretty nice inside, has nice facilities. 2 pools + tennis court! :o- The other tenants in the north tower all seem quite talkative and nice so far. Glad to have met friendly people already.Cons:- Nasty blind corners in the residents car park (they need corner mirrors badly)- lack of loading zone to lifts makes moving if difficult.- 1 or 2 of the management team are a little on the grouchy side. Recently, they have improved through and employed new staff.- their response rate to emails is slow (update: happy to say this is no longer an issue)- no spa, sauna, steam room. My old apartments in the next suburb was 3 times larger than CSQ and had these plus a movie room, kinda disappointing for such a modern built apartment complex.- NBN here is WiFi only (tough luck for people with PC's). If you want high bandwidth options to make full use of NBN (as it was designed) you need to sign an external company. Get ready to pay the $300 development fee. :(I guess all in all, maybe I'm biased cause I had really good residential managers in my past complex and these ones just seem average in comparison so perhaps they aren't as bad. Just a little disappointed that it feels Iike a quick money grab.

Wow! In a global pandemic where people are stressed, scared and unsure it’s fantastic to see that the staff at Coorparoo square apartments absolutely don’t care about customers at all. The ladies did not wear masks, attempt to put one on or have one in sight when I made an inquiry today. The older lady in there was so disrespectful, I understand that my inquiry was a bit muddled however that is no reason to treat someone so horribly and it was clear to see that the other members of staff found her words towards me humorous. Unfortunately if you are residing in the towers this is the team that is “here to help”. I hope one day that they can grow to be respectful.

Terrible service given by the property managers and developers. 3 stores have already shut their doors before it's one year anniversary. They need to support these small business going in their centre if they want to succeed. Parking is a major issue also. 4 hours free is a minimum like how South Bank has it. You can't possibly have dinner and enjoy a movie in 3 hrs and under without feeling rushed.

Had an east facing room here for a while. I was boiled alive by the sun every morning and the aircon didn’t help. Management told me the developers were going to fix it after an insurance despite or something. Heard recently it’s still the same. Practically unliveable.

It is a pity that such a beautiful place is managed by unprofessional and angry staff. Although it is their job to assist their tenants, they seem to be bothered every time a tenant enters their office or calls them to get their help, even for the simplest things.Personaly, I had bad experience with one lady at the front multiple times, both face to face and on the phone. Now I think twice before I talk to them, because they will be rude no matter how politely and nicely you explain your problem to them.I also stopped buying things online, because they don't have a proper system in place for receiving mails.

The best experience I've ever had with property managers. After looking at a few different apartments, my housemate and I inspected one on a Saturday, put in an offer that morning, the owners accepted on Sunday morning, and we'd signed the lease by Tuesday. The people we interacted with were really upfront and honest about the expectations that owners of the properties would have around timeframes and prices, offered a lot of support and advice when putting in offers, and were really professional and friendly in every interaction.Feels weird reviewing an apartment building, but so be it.
