Eddy did a great job of Sharpening some Scissors for me.These Scissors were quite old and had been worn down over the years.Eddy did a great job to bring them back to a great usable condition. Thankyou !

Had to get a few knives taken from a single to a double bevel as well as sharpened and within a few quick emails Eddy had a price and appointment sorted. Just got the knives back and he's done a fantastic job, could not fault him if I tried. Will absolutely be going back there next time I need

It was a really lovely experience dealing with Yan and I absolutely love the design of his signature Gyuto, it’s a pleasure to use – very happy!We met, talked knives, he showed me some beautiful creations of his and I went home with a great addition to our kitchenthe knife is amazing quality and is a dream to use, we have a lot of different Japanese chef knives in our collection, but this is definitely now going to be my go to knife and has taken prime position next to the board

I had my very old Japanese knives sharpened at Sydney Knife Sharpening for the first time. They came back like they were brand new. Each knife was carefully checked and advice given in regards to chips etc with costs upfront. Edy was professional, trustworthy and efficient. Ready next business day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality knife sharpener. You definitely have to watch your fingers afterwards!

Fantastic service with a very reasonable price!I got 2 chef’s knives, 1 cleaver & 1 pairing knife re-tipped, sharpened and re-profiled. They’ve all come back as sharp as new.Eddy also took the time to provide on how to better utilise my own whetstone to maintain sharpness at home. Couldn’t be happier!
