Top quality windows, beautifully made and meticulously fitted. No post-fitting issues 7 weeks later despite pounding, windy rain and scorching heat. Not cheap, but you really do get what you pay for folks. Highly recommended

Extremely happy with our new windows and door. The new windows are making a big difference to heat retention and noise reduction in our home. Although our installation was delayed due to Covid, the installers were very professional and worked tirelessly to get all out windows (upstairs and down) installed in one day to minimise disruption for our family. They were friendly and answered all our questions, and even returned very quickly to readjust our door when needed. Very happy with the product and service.

Worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with. Told every lie under the sun to get my business including about time frames and the brand and quality of products they would use. Took 6 months to install. Then must have got their apprentice to do it with out supervision (or their experienced tradesmen are really that bad!!). Didn’t have enough beading to complete the job. Took 6 months to rectify. Hinge not installed properly. Materials for doors and windows were warm white and hinges and handles were cool white with black rubber. Absolutely do not pay these guys until they have supplied and installed and you are happy with the job. I told them the day of delivery it was not acceptable quality. Had to get someone else to rectify their shonky workmanship. It’s not just hearsay you can see the photos and I have many more. Every single join in the beading was terrible. They threatened to take me to the Tribunal when I wouldn’t pay full price for their terrible workmanship then they threatened to sue me for writing a bad review of them!! Presumably they do that for everyone who writes a bad review but I have truth on my side.

We replaced all of the windows and external doors in the house with double glazed windows and the whole experience working with Ultimate windows was first class. From the estimating to the delivery and installation and working with all staff in the office and on-site was very professional and satisfying. These guys really know what customer service is all about and nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a can-do/positive attitude. The quality of the work and the product is top notch. The windows have raised the appearance of our house to another level and it now looks much more solid and has an air of quality about it. Also living in the house, it feels much more solid and substantial and the views through the large windows have brought the outside in. Also, no more bugs in the house, its much quieter and it retains the warmth so much better. What more can we say, it's the best money we have spent for years and and we are so much happier with our house. Thanks to Ultimate Windows and their great staff for such an amazing result. Very happy with our new sliding windows. The double glazing greatly improves sound proofing and temperature moderation of the west facing rooms. The team at Wodonga were very helpful and the installers were quick and efficient and the windows look beautiful. Thanks to you all.

We had a wide set (5.3m) and a smaller set (3m) of uPVC magnaline doors installed on our alfresco by Ultimate Doors and Windows to transform it into an indoor outdoor dining space.For more than a year now we have been in touch with UDaW regularly with repetitive and new issues which can't seem to be solved. The panels not sealing together properly, the outer frame allowing water and bugs in, bolts and parts coming loose, mohair weather strips missing, doors needing to be resized because of factory error and everything else imaginable.Their customer service has been good and they have sent someone to have a look every time, the quality of the uPVC seems ok, but the manufacture, install and repairs appear to be of low quality and not done with a keen eye for detail. As a result, there are endless issues which take time to chase up and compromise the performance of the product. We are not confident that the doors will outlast their warranty at this point, with abrasion, catching and pinching wearing down all of the parts.Not a smooth high quality feeling install unfortunately...

We wanted to extend and turn our alfresco area into an all weather area. After looking at various alternatives and systems, we spoke with Ultimate Windows and they were able to come up with a system that suited our requirements which included not reducing the available light and not turning the area into a hothouse. Their window system is perfect for what we wanted. Would highly recommend their window systems for quality and security. We are extremely happy with our new indoor, outdoor area.
