Legit the most useless hungry jacks on the Gold Coast. Never had more problems at a venue than this one. 2-3 min wait times at drive through speaker and then then can’t take orders

We come here sometimes because it’s very close by and convenient when it’s late and don’t want to drive further than we need too. They constantly are giving us the wrong order. Somehow between them confirming our order and bagging we end up with completely different burgers or wrong sauces when we ask for bbq or double the pickles when we ask for none. They are constantly giving us drinks with liquid spilled around the cup.I can see there are a few other people also writing the same thing. Quite disappointing.

The food was good and fast. Service was good. Was busy but still wasn’t waiting long. Tables could’ve done with a wipe down and bin emptied but other than than, was good.

Needs new staff and management, used to be fine but with each visit it gets worse and worse quality of staff quality of food, broken equipment all the time.I avoided for months after a bad experience decided to go back and got gritty cold burger and cold chips with too much salt, served by a 12 year old ice cream machine broken drive through speaker broken long waiting time.

Worst place to do deliveries from for Uber. Always wait over 15min and staff also mucking around the back doing next to nothing and talking about their weekend and making TikTok. Would not ever recommend coming. Waste of time.

I was in drive thru queue for almost 25 minutes and when it was my turn to order, they said they were closing and that they only had icre cream.These fast food in Australia needs to learn from the United States restaurants how to provide a correct customer service.

It’s been a while since I have been at this Hungry Jacks and I just say the service today was exceptional. The lady at the drive through was really lovely and then I walked in and Tegan served me. Tegan was so lovely and served me with a great smile. I could see that all the staff members were so respectful to each other and were happy. That makes such a difference. I would also say thank you to the young gentleman who happily brought my takeaway to my table. Thank you to the team at Hungry Jacks Mudgeeraba.

Food was okay, bit on the saucy side. Service was slow, waited roughly 10 minutes for our order. Bunch of frozen drink machines were out of order. The place felt like there was no air con at all. Young kid working there was super cocky and acted like he owned the place.

One guy in the kitchen, manager and counter staff messing around and it took me 20 mins to get a basic whopper with cheese. I could have had a nice lunch faster, people buy FAST FOOD for a reason.
