Felt pampered from the moment I walked in the door. What an experience! Such a glamorous, elegant salon where every detail has been considered and covered! I knew I was in great hands the whole time and felt completely comfortable allowing the experts do their thing. For such a glamorous setting I never felt uncomfortable..the girls made me feel so welcome. I’ll be back!

The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome!, we sorted everything out and I was taken to a bar where I was given some water along with a form to fill out and few complimentary sweets. My hair makeover was in the hands of Hanna and I’m so glad it was, she made the whole process comfortable and at the same time fun. Casey was in charge of washing my hair and oml, it was such a soothing and relaxing process I wanted to fall asleep in the chair. I come in for a cut and dye with a specific idea in mind and Hanna smashed it, I am I love with the way my hair turned out, it is exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much

Do you want to feel like a Queen before, during and after you get your hair done? Because that is exactly how I felt from the moment I stepped into the salon! The service, the refreshments and the consideration from the stylists was so incredible! I absolutely loved the service I received from Grace. She listened to me and gave me the exact hair cut and colour I wanted and more!! Honestly 10/10, I will be recommending this salon to absolutely all of my friends!!!

As always salons are expensive everywhere.I felt quite secure because the salon turns attention to hair health and not over treat them with colouring.They listen the customer to achieve the result.I haven’t washed my hair yet to give better review.Good products, but would expect creativity from hairdressers because at the end it is look refreshment maybe new look and experience. Even with maybe hair cut suggestions.Nice salon itself very luxurious.Its all about collaboration.Would say happy with service and would return when needed.

I messed up my booking so when I went to get my hair cut yesterday, my booking wasn’t there. Suzanne fit me in and was more than happy to cut my hair and give me exactly what I wanted, very professional and first class experience. She gave me lots of advice & recommended me things without being pushy. Very interested & interesting lady, (gives awesome neck massages too) will definitely be back again!

Absolutely in love with my hair. From the minute I entered the salon I was met with friendly, professional staff. I initially was sat down at the beautiful bar where I was offered refreshments while I filled in some paperwork, afterwards I was taken to the comfy salon chair and discussed my hair wishes, budget and hair health with my stylist. The stylist managed to organise everything I asked for into a package that suited my budget and was friendly throughout the whole process. The hair wash basins are similar to a sun lounger and you don’t get a sore, cramped neck like you do in other salons. Afterward my hair was styled however I wished, and I was given a beautiful take home pack with a hair brush, curl comb and some free samples of hair products to try. My stylist was Grace and she was so bubbly, attentive and wonderful to talk to. I received no judgement for my overgrown regrowth, which was also nice. I cannot wait to go back and feel so fresh and pretty! Thank you for such a positive, wonderful experience!

I can not express in words how amazing the team at Ms Monaco Hair Society are. They have looked after through blonde long hair and shorter dark brown hair. Always keep me looking good. The new salon is absolutely stunning. I signed up for membership, and it's a great way to manage your appointments. Plus, you get to hit up the VIP area with a cocktail whilst getting pampered. You will not regret switching to Ms Monaco Hair Society. If you care about your hair, there is no better salon for you.

Visited for the first time yesterday and WOW. This salon is absolutely amazing. The place is stunning and every detail has been considered. The result is an incredible experience from the moment you step in to when you walk out the door. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. It was welcoming, comfortable, and my hair looks fantastic - Sam did a spectacular job. Would 100% recommend and I'm looking forward to my next appointment.
