Walked in to get some information about next release and there was one person hidden in the office who only came out as i was leaving. They couldn't speak English very well and i basically had to extract the information i wanted. I sent a follow up email to the manager with some questions with no response. Prices listed on realestate.com do not match what they offer and you're paying $950K+ for a 4 bedroom home on a 260sqm block. Got to be nuts to buy a house this far west for that price! Horrible customer service.

The real estate agents are terrible for this community, the house prices are way to expensive. I asked question about the real estate, and the agent i had was very unresponsive, and seemed to be unknowledgable about the area, and house.

Great location and a beautiful area, the houses are also at a very reasonable price. The community seems so welcoming and there are many shops nearby too.

Nice planning and close to necessities, very accessible with surrounding motorways. It is really a blessing to meet Deepak Kumar while we are searching for our first property. He is always been very helpful and efficient. He is very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects, always ready to help. And things gets sorted out when discussed with him. Highly recommended!

a very wonderful place, the area is very convenient with places such as woolworths, ikea, Bunnings warehouse, Costco in the premise.

It is a wonderful place with many stores around it such as Costco, Woolworths etc. One restaurant I recommend is The Marsden Brewhouse, the food their is exquisite and fine. The house prices are reasonably priced and are fantastic.
