phoned and enquired about sending my daughter some flowers for her birthday. I chose this florist as the address said Alexandra hills shopping centre( later found out this isn’t true they are at gumdale).The lady really put the hard sale on me to make my mind up ( I needed to check if my daughter would be home first) I think I now know why because for the next two hours no one answered the phone so I suspect the owner has a day job and sublets the work to other people or she throws something hastily together after work.( she said it wouldn’t be delivered till after 5)So she told me to book online and send screen shot of which bouquet I wanted which I did. After that I couldn’t contact anyone for hours.My daughter sent me a photo of the delivered dried flowers and I was devastated, mostly looked like a bunch of weeds thrown together. It was not the flowers I sent a photo of and it looked nothing like the picture of the flowers that This bunch supposedly was. I wonder if she has got someone who isn’t even a florist to stuff the dried up fern and gum leaves with a couple of dried sprigs of flower into a wrapping and drop off for her? I tried to ask for some explanation/ compensation/ partial refund but NOTHING, no blame accepted at all. In fact she said what she had delivered would have cost me $90 anywhere else.
