Chipping Norton Galaxy Car Wash

Owner is slightly unhinged. I went to the car wash recommended by my grandfather, but during the service, my car's paint was scraped off on the passenger side. The staff tried to cover it up with black spray paint, which only made it worse. Despite my objections, they still charged me the full amount for the car wash. The owner isn't the kindest fellow, has no liability insurance and won't cooperate. I am frustrated and disappointed and must now pay hundreds of dollars to fix the damage.I don't care about damaging your business I just want my car fixed and refund.

When I went there I saw a group of guys with neckbeards yelling and crying. When I asked a worker what was going on they said all those neck beard guys just showed up. They didn’t even need their cars washed. They were just there to yell and lie and be abusive. It was scary. When I Was there yesterday they did a great job. Will be coming in again next week.

I worked at the place and the owner off the car wash couldn’t speak English and was broken English he also uses degreasers on the car body’s and doesn’t have no passion or heart for other peoples pride and joys this guy needs to be investigated or shut down I would never take my car to him

Very well done job and good price for Full Detail service. Just need to be a bit more patient as busy staff sometime was too busy to reply. But well worth of waiting. Highly recommended.

I dropped my hatchback off at 11am and said I wanted an inside out clean with polish. The guy quoted $85 and I said yep that's fine as long as it was clean. I said i would be back at 4pm to pick it up. I came back at 430pm and he was in the middle of washing another car while mine was still covered in dirt. He said wait 10mins while he got a rag and wiped it down as fast as he could. It was still visibly dirty and evidently unpolished. He said come go home and he'll call me when he's done. At almost 6pm he calls me to come back and I was losing patience. It was not up to standard for $85. Never again.Stop taking on cars if you don't have the time or hands to finish them adequately.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE! UNPROFESSIONAL, ZERO CARE GIVEN!This place has damaged 3 cars on three separate occasions!1st incident involved the car coming back to me with the steering wheel covered in dirt and grime. Clearly they’d use a filthy cloth to wipe the wheel. If this wasn’t bad enough they had ripped the cable out of my hardwired phone charger and denied it when questioned!2nd incident a few months later. I asked the owner (short bald guy) for just an external wash. The car was washed and handed back over fairly quick. The owner then proceeded to ask me to pay for an interior and exterior wash! I pointed out that it was just an exterior wash, he pretended to not understand English and kept asking for money. Clearly a ploy to cheat money out of customers. I left the cash there for just the clean and left. The next day when it was sunny outside, I saw car was covered in scratches like sand paper had been used to wipe the car down!3rd incident, my dad had decided to get his car washed here few days after incident #2 and wasn’t aware that my car had been damaged here. The same thing had happened and he got the car back completely covered in scratches! He went back to confront the owner only to receive to same BS act of not understanding English and denying it was their fault.These guys have zero care for their customers. Disappointing that businesses like this still open damaging property of others.Avoid this place if you value your cars!

AVOID AT ALL COSTSI came to get my car washed and when it was finished, I found my passenger side door had been scraped/damaged. I enquired with the owner Imad and whilst initially denying he couldn't speak English, he eventually let up and tried to repair the damage by SPRAY PAINTING my door. The result looked worse than before (see pictures).I was very unhappy with the result and asked for ABN and insurance details, which he refused to provide and smugly told me to call the police..
