Got home to realize my treatment wasn't done properly, and the person on reception could not have cared less. Too bad because I have been coming for years, but this is the second time I receive a lackadaisical response to feedback with no desire whatsoever to sort out my situation. So unnecessarily unhelpful when I was nothing but cordial, and didn't resort to complaining and abstained from calling it like it was......a botched job! Done now will not set foot there again, no customer skills at all.

I've been doing laser treatments for 7 years + the ladies here are amazing, all experienced and take the time to make me feel extra comfortable. Sabrina is simply great! She is well experienced, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. She took the time to walk me through other treatments and concerns I raised particularly when I was wanting to start facial treatments.
