The team down at Haymans Virginia are always super welcoming. As soon as you walk through the door you’re greeted and offered the best service. They go above and beyond with their service. Oh and they have a coffee machine to start your day with a good cup of Joe at Haymans Virginia. Good work team! Tom and the team you’s are legends!

Very impressed with the service from this haymans store. Needed some gear urgently and they pulled strings to make it happen! Will be back soon.

I visited the store a week ago with a query regarding Smoke alarms. The attendant gave me the right information, although her body language and tone suggested she thought very highly of herself.In a way, I felt as if she was ridiculing me, Her conduct was bordering being rude. Some personnel skill training will help her.

The team at Hayman’s Electrical, Geebung are customer focused, and you can rest assure that even with the most bizarre question(s) you will be welcomed warmly. Visiting the store first before Christmas, there were a small lovely team to help with purchases and questions; remember this was when the bulk majority of businesses were closed or staff, and people were on holidays; Hayman’s staff opened their store.It was easy to speak to the lady on the desk, believe it was Fiona, and her willingness is proven when she asked for details, a note/letter and said she would forward through to her boss who was not that week. True to her word, Fiona had her boss, Tom R all did make contact once back on board. The situation was a bit peculiar and the needs, of course as often is, are individual and Tom put forward an option for the individual circumstances and was extremely generous with his time and follow up. As the electrical world terms had me confused at times, the team and Tom delivered a high level of service answering several further inquiries and following up on a couple of items: to ensure items were correct size/fitting, make, and model (there is more to things that originally thought). I was sourcing items for a qualified and registered electrician to use for a job and keen to try and learn a little along the way [not sure if I learn anything].Over all, the team really do focus on their customers. There was no time that there were any feelings that any question was too peculiar or stupid, did not feel rushed and felt warmly welcomed by this professional team at Hayman’s Geebung; actually they work as a really connect ‘work family’. I would recommend Hayman’s Geebung to any tradie, sparky, person who knows what they are doing, or person looking for parts or items to engage a sparky, or business looking for an electrical parts supplier and more, or feel you have a weird/stupid question, or chasing an item hard to get, pop in to Hayman’s electrical Geebung.

I’m a 2nd year electrical apprentice, however my first year my company was using a different wholesaler. Ever since we moved to Haymans I have felt welcomed and the staff there help you find anything in store you need. Their delivery’s are fast and well organised and if anything you need is not in stock they are more than happy to help find it in stock and source it for you. I couldn’t be happier to deal with haymans virginia as our local wholesaler.Thanks guys keep up the great work
