I made a phone booking for a pedicure at 10 am on a Saturday morning which was accepted. I went to the shop at the right time IT’S CLOSED! even though the times on the door state they’re open at 9am on a Saturday. Their phone now just rings out.

Took forever. They took like 45 minutes to remove old polish and they finishing one at a time. And they got only 2 staff. If they can’t do it on time they should tell it. Ended up going to a different place to get nails done since i have to wait forever.

They had me waiting for like 40 minutes before even starting and I had an appointment!!

If I could give 0 I would! These guys expect customers to pay for Shellac Nails that look like a 5 year old did them. Once she did one hand I took my hand back to have look and I said I wasn't happy saying it was messy and asked her to remove it and she charged me $10 for removal. I should have known better as the pedicure they did was disgusting too! The salon that was here before was much better, either they have changed staff or management don't care about quality work. NEVER AGAIN!

Got acrylic nails removed. They wrapped them in aluminium foil so I could go get my Brazilian wax done vs letting me soak my hands in the bowl, expected me to to try undress with the aluminium foil wrapped around my fingers and acetone dripping everywhere. Brazilian was awful. Realised half way through they were double dipping their spatula so avoid waxing here at all cost. Had two women without gloves trying to wax me, one holding my legs the other ripping the strips off (used normal wax not wax for sensitive areas).Move to the acrylic nails. Way to to thick shellac put on so thickly it basically looked like I needed a refill straight away. Within about 10 days they started lifting off.Won't be back here.

First time getting my nails done here. The girls are lovely and very happy with my nails. Prices are reasonable compared to others in the area. Will be coming back!

I went here to get my nails done on New Year's Eve, they did a great job. I am very pleased with the service here.

Staffs are really friendly and they serve you in professional way. They give me the Christmas gift and the promotion card. Lovely. I definitely will come back.
