Untrustworthy and extremely rude service. DO NOT get fooled by the star rating and bring your clothes here. I came to get 2x items altered and she made both items uneven. Had to drive to DFO on three occasions and each time it wasn’t ready when it was agreed to beforehand that it will be ready on each of those days. On the third time, it wasn’t ready and I was not gonna come back a fourth time so she altered it on the spot and I had to wait 1 hour. After waiting, to my disbelief, it was uneven… again. Not only did she messed up the alterations in the end, she had no remorse for the nuisance, and the waste of time and petrol for me to come here.

Went in on a very busy Black Friday and Miro got the job done within 10min. Highly recommended, professional and didn’t cost me too much compare to others that would do it in that time frame.
