I went to this lady approximately 6 years ago. I was very nervous. My brows had been tattooed approximately 10 years before that. You could hardly see my brows anymore and they needed a nice colour and shape. I did not feel at ease right from the get go, but put it down to nerves. After all the paper signing etc., and she did them, I took a look in the mirror & immediately saw the left side was higher than the right. However, nerves, swelling and blood, well I thought I must have been imagining it. No, next day, not only was the left way higher, I now had a double brow" were the old tat was showing underneath the new and even though it was so faded

I just love this place! I have gone to get dramatic winged eyeliner and my eyebrows done by her STUDENTS and both times, I've NOT been disappointed. Although students did my first tattoos, Ella did not let me out of that seat until she was 100% satisfied with the results! She will do the retouch after a few weeks herself, which takes up less time. Both times were pretty much painless, by the way. She numbs you with numbing cream...lots of it and will keep reapplying it if you need more. I am now a loyal customer and will keep coming back to redo my eyeliner and eyebrows annually or whenever they need redoing. Ella is a beautiful, very professional and extremely calming individual, who'll make you feel confident. No complaints here. My Mum now wants to get her eyebrows done too! Very satisfied!

I have been available for trainees to work on therefore costs have been a lot cheaper. I've had a lip blend & eyeliner upper & lower. Neither that I regret.However, things you need to know: Trainees take a lot longer than the experts so be prepared to be in the chair for a while & be swollen & sore after. In almost all cases you will need to go back to be re touched" by the expert a few weeks later which will take a fraction of the time.I love my lip blend just wish I had of gone a shade or 2 darker as they fade & I wish I had of gone thicker for my eyeliner."
