Where do I even begin! I travelled 40km to visit Sew Focus after I was recommended by a friend! I went in there ready to buy a Janome as that’s what I have always used. My preference was respected and the owner (I sadly didn’t get her name!) went above and beyond going through the Janome’s with me and helping me pick the right machine. I then however saw a Brother in the corner of my eye that looked very swanky, again, I was shown all the bits and bobs of the Brother and ended up deciding that I wanted the Brother! She was full of knowledge and so so accomodating! I have never experienced better customer service and I can’t wait to go back :)

If I could give ten stars I would!! I can’t thank ladies at Sew Focus enough for everything they have helped me with. The ladies at sew focus are absolutely lovely and happy to answer any question you have and go above and beyond. It’s a lovely environment to have a sewing lesson in and ask questions about your own projects, learn how to do different things, and they sell thier own machines and give lessons on them too! This is the place to go for amazing customer service. They also have ALOT of great essential products for all your sewing needs. Thankyou ladies!! Sew Focus has helped me so much to get going with my sewing/overlocking/cover stitching in such a short time and I am so confident and happy thankyou Sew Focus. :) <3
