The food we had was very nice but we weren't impressed by the young man that was serving and berating the female member at the same time. Not very professional!

They definitely like to ignore youBad customer service, so rude.Constantly finding bones in the smoked salmon sushi roll so be careful if you have kids.

The staff never bother to acknowledge anyone. Should not be in business if you they are not happy serving people. A lady standing there is rude, lack of finess and obviously hate what she is doing. Will not go anywhere near them. Food is even tasteless!

Closed early so and now out of pocket with unfilled online order.Delivery person also out of pocket.

Here is my negative experience with Sakura Sushi today.Ordered the food all cool and dandy, It took them 20 minutes to accept the order, I even contacted doordash and they stated they dried to call them and they didn't answer. Finally while on chat with support they accepted the order.Purchased- Chicken Satay Skewer (3 Pieces)- Vegetarian Spring Roll (3 Pieces)- Pan-Fried Pork Dumplings (6)- Potato Cake (2)- Dim Sim (3 Pieces)- Lipton Iced Tea (Green)- Chicken Laksa SoupHere's a run down on the all the foodChicken Satay Skewer was burnt and rubby, It had barely any flavor to it and that put me off.Spring rolls were okay not that good in flavorPan Fried Dumplings were actually not bad but the sauce with it was nasty, I'm not even sure what it was.Potato Cake was warm on the outside but raw on the inside, literally cold.Dim Sims were okay as well flavour just bad that's really it.Chicken Laksa soup was the only actually alright thing hereBut out of all my experience I won't be coming back and I definetely won't recomend it to anyone.

Appalling service, they are so rude. Would it kill them to smile. They accidentally gave me the wrong roll and when I politely pointed it out, the lady looked like it was the 'biggest' inconvenience in the world. Then she rudely passed me my food and didn't even look at me. Disgraceful customer service. Not worth going there.

Very rude staff member! so I cut my finger open on one of their flimsy containers today, and ask gently if they might be able to provide different containers but was met with nothing but a blank condescending stare and a roll of the eyes from the young girl....loved this place but that was enough for me to not come again. They don’t care about their customer wellbeing

Food was pretty goodSizes were average, price a bit steep and service absolutely revolting. So rude. We asked for two chicken spring rolls and got one chicken one vegetarian and charged for two chickens, which were slightly more expensive. It’s not the cost it’s that we paid for something we didn’t receive. And she didn’t even offer a receipt and just started serving the next person. Two stars because the food was alright. Don’t come here if you want half decent service though.
