Papa rich at Macquarie centre has lost popularity in terms of food as customer service. Roti was raw and I ordered vegetarian they got non vegetarian.

Loved the Char Kway Teow!! Yummy and ready in 5 mins!! I have also tried the Hainanese Chicken rice ( spot on!) and my buddie ordered a Nasi goreng which was 4/5 stars.. pretty close to perfection! Great customer service too! ..and I must add the vibe is so lovely! The outdoors , relaxed and chill out surroundings..perfect comfort food and some peace and quiet to devour it!

Portion seems a little small for the price. Ordered takeaway but was given container without cover (I ended up eating it in the area). Good facility to self order from few self service terminals.

I ordered fried rice with some beef $13.95 and I got my food 30 seconds later…. I think you guys already made food and keep it and then put in the microwave for 30 seconds when you got my order. I don’t feel that It is fresh food! Wasted money :( never come back

i have tried the roti canai. the portion was ridiculously small and the sauces was waaaay below average. an absolute bad experience. wont have it again at this branch.

I had the veggie mutton curry and it tastes fantastic, I just wish there would be an option for a larger size. Like one who has 2 roti and more of the sauces:)

Hi I tried a trial today at PPR Macquarie University, however a staff there who was not my supervisor, asked me to do kitchen staff duty which I was not told beforehand. When I asked my supervisor, they said they were not told about this nor have they done it. So I refused. I confronted the worker, then he said it was because I was a “male” that I should throw out the rubbish. And do his work, when he told the manager I didn’t do as told I got fired. Is this really my fault? Is gender discrimination allowed in papa Rich’a team? As a long serving customer I will never support any of their branches. Absolutely disgusting

Thank you for coming in to Macquarie campus and having nasi lemak bungkus in your menu..your sambal chilli is so authentic and love the way you wrap the nasi lemak like how Malaysia mamak would do it..it is a comfort food and something close to my heart!!!

If you are in a hurry don't come here Disorganized kitchen despite ticket system Waited 20min for overpriced food... Tiny serve There are more generous offers just nearby
