I found Manly Smiles from Medibank Member's choice. Making appointments were easy over the phone and text confirmation. I got general dental check up done. I didn't pay any gap fee as Medibank covered it and they have the machine to claim on the spot. After being satisfied, I got my child and husband there. The Dr & the assistant were very good with the toddler. It will be our family dental clinic!

You can't call yourself a 24 hours emergency only because a guy half asleep answers the phone from a call centre to say that there's no appointments available when the reality is you're NOT open 24 hours! It's misleading and you're harming people with actual emergencies who cannot wait for normal hours. BTW you should instruct him to tell the person to go to the hospital in case of severe pain, that's what other dentistries would say, or at least look for appointments in different areas. And please don't say it's #covidmademedoit because we don't have cases in Sydney atm! Unprofessional, unethical!

Most disappointing and not happy with this dentist as he quoted $270 to do a quick fix on my sons retainer which we ended up having done in the CBD for under a $100 and on top of that he charged $50 to give us this quote/advice.
