Hi Reuben we are very sorry to hear about this matter, I would like to also say we did not replace your fuel pump. We replaced a fuel filter which we had to remove all dirt and mud from around the plastic old connections , You say you drove ten minutes we actually came out immediately to near canning vale to help you and also add if the pipe had fallen off on driving the car would of stopped dead and being you car v6 triton has a electric fuel pump. We apologise as we cleaned the lines down as much as we could and tried many times to make sure it was properly connected as its a push fit connection. As for your your response on the diagnostics you fail to add I also carried out a road test and various other checks to try and find the issue it was not just a pure scan and reset. Also at no point at this time you never mentioned we had not provided you with adequate fuel from 6 months prior issue . Also the prices I quoted for the rocker cover gaskets was higher as I quoted on genuine parts as have had lots of issues with after market gaskets. Its very sad you have to go on here and not come direct to us and complain. Regards Campbells Auto Service Centre

Have been servicing my car here now since opening and never dissatisfied. Upfront about the cost and parts.My vehicle is my livelihood so I’m cautious where I send it for service and repairs.I have been caught out in the past at other shops and paid a premium for sub standard parts which only ended up in costing me more and extra time of the road. Have never had any of these issues at Campbell’s.I couldn’t recommend Campbell’s auto service centre any higher.

We have had problems with our Ford for years, we took it to 3 different mechanics but the problems persisted. We heard about Paul and thought we'd give it one last go - I cannot recommend Paul enough.The car is now running like it did when it was brand new!Paul's communication throughout the entire process was amazing.And most importantly, when my wife called to book in the car, she was listened to (it's her car) and Paul took the time to understand the history of the problems. My wife tells me this almost never happens.Needless to say, we'll be taking all our cars to Paul and tell everyone else we know! Thanks again Paul and your team. Brilliant!

Made inquiry as to engine light on dash on my toyota commuter and about excessive oil consumption. Paul was very knowledgeable and gave good advice on how to proceed to ascertain the cause of oil consumption. He suggested I not worry about engine light till oil problem fixed. No hard sell just good advise. Pleasure to deal with.

Sent my car to Campbells Auto for the first time today as I was a loyal client of Mercedes Benz Service and Repair for the past 5 years since new purchase in 2011. After collecting my car from Campbells Auto today, my car drive so so smooth like brand new again! And what Paul charges me was only a small fraction of what Mercedes would have charged. I highly recommend Campbells Auto for all car services and repairs requirement. Awesome work, highly qualified, and fair price!

It’s good that others have had a good experience but mine was not so positive.Took my car there for a service and a fuel pump replacement. Ten minutes after driving out of the workshop I got out of the car and saw that I had lost a lot of fuel as the fuel pump line disconnected from the pump as it wasn’t secured properly. I was offered a small amount of money back but it didn’t even cover the cost of my lost fuel.I even went back a few months later to give them a second chance. I was charged $100 for a diagnostic and an enormous quote to fix problems that the diagnostic had showed up.I went for a second opinion at another Roleystone mechanic and they told me that they only charged $66 for a diagnostic.I was even quoted $470 for a rocker cover gasket replacement from this mechanic. The other guys quoted me $360.Again, it’s great that others have had a great experience, but I don’t feel the same at all.

I have gone to Paul for a few years now and have been very happy every time. Paul always looks after me, and is upfront about cost. My partner now also has his car serviced with Paul.
