I recently had an appointment with Paula at ihear Coorparoo. This was my very first appointment with someone new after having been the patient of a lady with whom I had complete faith and trust in, who had been on my voyage of starting with hearing aids, plus guiding my choices for twenty years. She is now retired, so I came to ihear at Coorparoo. I was very anxious at this first appointment, but as soon as I met Paula her friendly manner and openness made me feel very comfortable. She was very helpful in answering any concerns and greatly assisted me with my aids. I know I made the right decision when I made this appointment. I know too, that Paula will be the person who I will trust with my hearing needs for the future.

This was my first time having a hearing test. Both ladies were very friendly. Katie explained the procedure, requirements throughout the test and the results in am easy to understand manner. Thank you

The product and service is first rate, nothing is to hard and the knowledge of Paula is unlimited. Appointments are arranged at various centres and all the technical equipment is present at each centre.you are kept up to speed with upgrades or adjustments as required.even service outside of office hours is available. At no stage since I purchased my hearing aids that were professionally selected by Paula to meet my requirements has contact with the staff or Paula direct even been an issue. In the office Leanne assists Paula continually in contact so follow up service or messages are forwarded and you are rung back as soon as time permits.Information on the operation cleaning and using the aids and phone control.In the early days it was something new to me and Paula was but a phone call away to assist or even drop in to ensure satisfaction was obtained.I hear Coorparoo I highly recommend for there faultless service. Plus they ensure the cost is the best possible they saved me thousands. Well done IHEAR COORPAROO

I met with Simon at Hope Island. Simon made me feel very comfortable and explained how the hearing process worked After checking my ears he discovered a build up of wax was a problem and suggested I use a product called ClearWax. He advised this should be used over the next 2 weeks and I have made an appointment to see him again on June 20th when he should be able to commence the hearing test.Simon was very courteous and made me feel at ease.

Paula is incredible. I'd honestly pop in to ihear to see her just for a social visit!! She is not only excellent at what she does, but she is personable, has a wonderful bedside manner, and treats her patients as though each of them are the only person in her schedule that day. She went above and beyond for my husband and I, and we both can't recommend her enough.

Very thorough hearing test and Simon was very helpful with his advice on using my hearing aids and providing details of what other aids were now available.

Appointment at the Coorparoo branch, very kind and polite staff, Jennifer at the reception and Paul performing the ear wax removal. Mixed feelings really, I wasn’t informed before the visit that they do not have the micro suction tool, just the manual tools to dig the wax out. Problem of my blocked ear was not solved despite Paul working on it for 30mins due to him not being able to get too deep from fear I guess of him damaging my ear drum. He felt bad about the whole situation and said he wouldn’t charge for the treatment. I told him that’s not right, he should charge something. But then Jennifer charged me the full whack, $100, I was a bit taken back, I thought we would be meeting halfway. He wrote down the contacts for service providers that would have the micro suction device, which was nice of him, but it still puts me back to square one. I’ve got to fix this up in another appointment somewhere else, frustrating. No time for all of this.

Paulina is very friendly and professional. She takes the time to thoroughly test and explain everything and is very enthusiastic about her job and helping her clients. Highly recommend the place. She’s also always smiling and have a great sense of humour.

I highly recommend ihear at Coorparoo.I am very pleased with this service and the friendly staff are just lovely, and are willing to help you in any way possible. I always feel welcomed and Paula, the Audiologist is so down to earth and has the most fantastic sense of humour, such a lovely woman and top quality service. Most helpful and informative and catering for all my hearing aid needs.Always a pleasure Paula.

The people were informative. But they charge for 2nd ear when there was no requirement of cleaning it. But the person cleaned it anyway, charged me extra and I paid for it, was not able to question why at that time.
