A huge shout out to Vicki Black and Thrive Women's Fitness!! Since September 2021, Vicki has helped me to love strength training once again after suffering years of debilitating injuries. The studio is a friendly and safe place to exercise, where you will meet other like minded women. With one-on-one PT sessions and small strength training classes, there is definitely something for all fitness levels to enjoy. Thrive Women's Fitness is a unique, professional and non-judgemental studio for you to begin your health and fitness journey. Congratulations to Vicki for creating such a wonderful, fun and rewarding environment where we can grow to become stronger, healthier women!

Thrive Fitness is an encouraging, supportive and friendly environment to work on one's heath and fitness.As a group session client, my strength and confidence continues to grow, thanks to their attention towards posture & exercise correction, modifications and alternatives and, challenging workouts that ensure a rewarding and safe progression.In general, the group session consist of a mix of cardio and strength based training, have maximum of 8 people and use both equipment and body weight. The venue is airconditioned and extremely clean.Finally the trainers are down to earth and lovely but will still push you to achieve your best.

Do yourself a favour ladies and come along to Vicki’s training sessions. I have been training with Vicki for over two years and love it. Vicki is so motivating and definitely knows her stuff. I have seen such great results. Keep up the great work Vicki and thank you.
