After shredding the head off one of the stem bolts post flight re-assembly, I dropped in to Geard unannounced to see what they could do. So grateful they were able to remove and replace the damaged bolt within 20 minutes, and I was on my way to Derby as planned. Thanks team!

Feel guttered that adjusting front brakes on my little girls first bike while we waited cost me $30 and was told there was alot of Labour involved???!The bike was only $109 & if the man wasn't away from where we originally bought it, he only charges $10 to put the whole bike together.In response to the reply: I appreciate the explanation but I wasn't told anything with regards to the normal booking times nor how much it was to cost or the normal charges. This is all incorrect! All I was told was that the bike could have been booked in, then offered for us to wait while he looked at it. Had I known any of this information you replied to me with, especially the usual cost for this job I would have reconsidered. Cheers.

We travelled to Tasmania for a holiday and to do some mountain bike trails. The team at Geard Cycles in Launceston, not only ordered my new mountain bike and had it waiting for me, but then set it up and showed me how to service and adjust this specific model; so efficient, so friendly, and clearly expert at what they do. AND, they do a complementary service before we head back to “the mainland”.Thank you Doug and the team at Geard Cycles. I appreciate what you did for me.

Always happy to go extra to help family or friends with bike sales or service no matter how small the item. I rate these guys highly!

Easy to get my bike and parts from. The team always double checks the components that I order/buy are compatible and will fit. Orders always completed quickly. Good advice.Fork travel adjustment change was well done without leaving any 'witness marks' on the alloy parts (most other places scratch the alloy).

Since 2009, I have purchased three new bikes from Geards who have undertaken all annual maintenance and repairs when necessary since then. I have only praise for staff knowledge of the bikes and have been so grateful for first class service that I have received. I feel that I am given very special status as one of their older customers. It is a great team at Geards.
