John is an absolute legend! We are traveling around Australia and our fridge was bringing us some problems. He got us A new one through guarantee in 3 daya before we leave Darwin. Excellent customer service and pretty funny too!

Passing through on our trip around Australia and after having 2x fridges not work, Kerry was amazing in helping us sort the problem out on the spot in consecutive days. Great customer service and helped get us back on the road asap which you can't ask for much more!
