I am heading up to my first half Ironman in a few weeks, and was having some issues around the ‘fourth arm of the triathlon’ ie diet / hydration. So I spoke with Chanise the sports dietician and was given a professional plan and guidance. This not only reassured me during my race simulations but proved to help my performance each time.

I went to see Daniel to help me get ready for an Ultra-running challenge and check on my right arm as I teared my bicep weeks before. Daniel helped me heaps to re-activate my legs in special my calfs for the race, which was a good effort since I did not suffer any injuries during the Running. Also, he was the only person who helped me heal my bicep and activate my right arm to workout again. I highly recommend to any athlete or fitness enthusiasts to go to One Motion Athletic to get help with nutrition and therapy!

I went to Dan with a persistent shoulder injury that was severely hampering my training. I was expecting to need multiple sessions before experiencing much improvement but was happily surprised to leave with my range of motion dramatically improved and was able to start training again the following day! As an active person, I’ve seen a lot of physical therapists over the years - Dan has a thorough and effective approach that can be hard to come by and his extensive knowledge base shines through in his treatments. Highly recommend!

I had been training for a number of years by myself and also with trainers in which I gained a lot of valuable insights. One thing I struggled with was my energy throughout the day and knowing what to eat to get the best out of my sessions. I seeked helped online and came across One Motion Athletic, specifically Chanise who is a Sports Dietitian. She reached out to me and organised a consultation where she implemented an in depth meal plan including timings and adjustments I could make which made it easy to follow. The meal plan she gave and advice to improve my sessions was invaluable. She was very approachable and went out of her way to check in to see how everything was going on numerous occasions. Highly recommend Chanise for those looking to improve diets or training.

I started nutrition coaching with Chanise a few months ago and it was the best decision I’ve made.Although I came to Chanise with a goal to lose weight where I was previously very restrictive with my food. From her coaching I have not only lost weight but I also improved my relationship with food, sleep quality and reduced my menstrual symptoms. I didn’t realise how good I could feel and the best part is my food was never restrictive.. if anything most of the time I was eating more food than usual!!!!Chanise also has an extensive knowledge on exercise and sports nutrition and her ability to understand my exercise program and keep me motivated in the gym was extremely helpful for my progress.I couldn’t recommend Chanise enough, she is the best dietitian and nutritionist that I have seen. She taught me so much about nutrition and has helped me build confidence and create life long habits. Thank you Chanise!!!

I reached out to Chanise to help me with my performance in training. I learnt so much about nutrition and what my body required in order to optimise my training. I had so much more energy and was able to push myself harder than ever, and performance in the gym improved massively. Chanise explained the reasoning behind what we were doing and made the process very clear. She held me accountable and gave me the support I needed. Could not recommend Dan as an osteo enough!Came in with side delt soreness and we diagnosed the injury and areas I need to improve on in terms of stability, mobility and strength. He then gave me clear exercises and instructions on how to fix the soreness.Within a few weeks, the soreness had gone and have been able to lift without any soreness on the delts.Daniel's thorough approach is mixed with practical advice and tips as well as a more holistic view on the body, allowing me to understand what went wrong in the first place and how to deal with it properly.

Chanise is amazing!First and foremost, she takes the time to listen to what you’re saying and ensures whatever she is helping with meets your needs and expectations. When I was looking for a nutritionist I spoke to about 10 other places, every single one of them repeated the same “it sounds like you need someone to hold you accountable blah blah” not listening or responding to what my actual questions were, Chanise not only listened to me, she went above and beyond making me realise and understand things I never even thought of initially.If you are serious about getting healthier, there is no better option. I have recommended her to friends and family, and i recommend her to you too.
