A key point of diference is that they focus on prevention and they give great pointers on how to minimise the risk of an emergency.And if you do get an emergency they are very helpful. We have had to call upon their help at midnight and the service was excellent.I originally signed up with Supervets as they were nearby and also I liked the 24 hour access. After experiencing their excellent service, I decided to stay with them even after moving house to another suburb. We figured the extra driving time is worth the better care.Our little one (Smokey) passed away recently from an inoperable condition, but they took excellent care of him for the 6 years that he was with us.

The staff are so caring and organised, they eased a lot of our anixety, after we had to transfer our cat after initial tick treatment.Sinatra is happy to be home and we can tell he was well looked after, it was nothing but cuddles and head butts when he got home. Now he's resting peacefully in his favourite spot. Thank you Supervets for saving our feline family member!And to anyone reading this review, check your Pets regularly, it could've been much worse!

We had to put our precious dog Sophie to sleep and the comfort and care we were all given was exceptional. There was no rush during what we expected to be a traumatic experience and instead we now have comfort when we remember how much our little baby enjoyed her big bowl of ice cream before she went gently to sleep . We will be forever grateful for the genuine care shown not only to our beautiful girl but also to us during the last hour we shared with our Sophie.

Used to be a customer, until I moved my house and went to another vet, I realized that I got ripped off by this vet A LOT!The first two years when I had my dog, I brought her to this vet for the skin problem, but ended up with doing teeth cleaning which recommended by their vets (they might be trained for that, no matter what kind of concerns you have, they will recommend you to clean dog's teeth). And it was expensive, I spent like $1300 each time, once a year. They told me the scary stories if I didn't do the teeth cleaning, what would happen to my dog.So I had a concept that I had to clean my dog's teeth every year for her health, until I went to another vet this year, did another teeth cleaning for my dog. They only charged me half of the price of SuperVet, and told me that my dog's teeth are in good condition, she doesn't need to be cleaned every year, just need to do the regular teeth brush, and check her teeth from time to time, she should be good to do the teeth cleaning for every two years.Oh, and the skin problem. They couldn't make a conclusion, but tried to sell me those expensive tests to determine what the issue was for my dogs skin (red rush in the belly area, losing a bit of fur on legs and other parts), which costed over $4000. I didn't take it (luckily).And the skin problem was solved after my dog was dessexed, which recommended by another vet, I was told the skin problem was because of her hormone changes. And it worked.I would not recommend this vet to anyone, because obviously they couldn't solve my concerns, only cared how to over sell stuff to me.

We don't live in the area and on Wednesday night 11.1.2023 we needed urgent advice for our cat. From the receptionist, vet nurse to attending Vet the assistance and advice received was compassionate, full of sound and practical advice and an offer to be there should we need to takehim in over night. Thankyou for your empathy and care.

We can not thank Dr Anthony enough for the at home farewell of one of our dogs. We wanted it at home as we have kids and another dog and Anthony made a horrible situation bearable. He was extremely compassionate and we could not have asked for a better farewell for Zeus.

The vets, especially Dr Ray did everything they could for our sweet boxer Georgie. Unfortunately we had to get her put to sleep but they handled all this very well considering she was such an anxious and difficult dog. The only thing that I could provide as feedback is more care taken to ensure owners get their dogs collars back. This was the plan, but it had happened to be that is got misplaced or left on her for cremation which was upsetting as they could only give us back her lead. Apart from this they were very apologetic and otherwise took good care of her in her last moments.

Excellent experience at this clinic. They saw my dog with no notice in an emergency. Great communication by the Vet Anthony. Looks like top class facilities and they seem to really care.

My regular vet didn’t seem to interested in helping us euthanise our gravely sick dog. I called Supervets and Dee answered, she was like an angel on the phone, she was so compassionate and told us to make our way to them immediately, we were met by a team of people who helped get our big boy Spike out of the car and into the surgery. He was made so comfortable by Dr Ray and the whole process was just an amazing experience. Thank you to all the team!
