Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Jim was really great and knew what he was on about. Great service and good value for money. Highly recommend. While the website is user friendly it's worth the drive to go speak with these guys.. just be wary of Google maps it will take you to the back laneway on Solwood lane. The shop entrance is out the front on Railway Rd.Good work guys

Dean was great. He checked with his supplier that stock wasn't an issue and confirmed this via email, recommended I buy online rather than drive out to collect my goods.( I am Melb based). Paid using his push out invoice and 3 days later, arrived at 7.30am. Thanks heaps!

Ordered four Carbine locksets keyed alike, the delivery was free and very fast, the locksets were very well priced and excellent quality and the service was friendly and efficient. They rectified a small problem post haste and were profusely apologetic. Good people.

I recently came in with an issue relating to my door handle, with the view of purchasing a new one and was served by Ben. He was extremely helpful and was able to troubleshoot my existing handle saving me from a needing full replacement. Ben's demeanour and experience was very much appreciated and he is a credit to The Lock Shop.
