I had an AMAZING 30 minute neck and shoulder massage by a lovely guy called Jack. 10/10 would recommend! My traps are always rock hard and my neck felt like it needed to crack. After Jack's massage, I felt so much more relaxed and I was actually able to rotate my head around and my neck cracked multiple times relieving even more tension. I'll definitely be back!

I have had a remedial massage here 6 times in a row, by the 3rd time, Star (who is brilliant) knew exactly which area that needs manipulation, he was very attentive to my pain threshold and slowly works his way up as my muscles are released (did a better job than other professionals). Attentive, caring and takes pride in their work. I feel like I can hit a tennis ball after my session. Took me a long time to find this kind of remedial massage...well I found one just by sheer luck and they will have my custom with the excellent treatment they provide.

I just had the BEST massage in my life, hands down! The therapist, Star, was so in tune with my physiological responses, I did not have to ask for any alterations in his technic. I left feeling the lightest and most relaxed I've been in an extremely long time. Thank you Star, 10/10! See you soon!

Both me and my friend paid for one 30 minute remedial and 15 minute cupping. We both had our sessions cut short to just under 30 minutes instead of 45. A lot of money to pay for service not rendered. Wasn’t happy remedial massage was not very thorough. Time Was mostly taken up by cupping and a lot of scalp (hair) pulling. Will not go back or recommend to others. As a business owner I hope they improve.

Recently went in for a massage on my shoulder and my legs. Explained I had a spinal cord stimulator in my back so I didn’t want them to touch my back, told lady at front desk and the one doing the massage. So what did she do did the area where I said didn’t want to touch and now my spinal cord stimulator has moved position and I have to go and see my specialist. If they don’t understand when a customer says don’t touch that area they shouldn’t be working there.Two weeks later after massage my shoulders are still sore.Not happy with your service and won’t be using a massage place at a shopping centre again. Also would never recommend to anyone to go here.

My husband is very disappointed with the lack of attention today. He specifically asked for the masseuse to work on the front part of his shoulders. it was never touch and when he asked again he was told she is done. He feel it was a waste of time and money because he had no relief and don't think he will go back. when you ask for remedial you expect to get what you asked for in the first place.

Just had my massage. I thought it was already agreed and made clear on the phone that I would have a big/strong person to help with my sore and stiff neck, shoulder and back. Instead, you gave me a small and skinny lady who massage my body from head to toe. She seemed tired and was just to have about enough for the day. I felt sorry for her. She was trying her best. Not her fault.When done, my back and shoulder were still pretty sore and stiff. Well done!!

Had an appointment today with my partner and we were both taken care of completely. I have had immense back pain for over 10 years and in just one session much of this was eased. The lady I was with always made sure I was comfortable and nothing was unreasonably painful. I also had cupping which was really great too. Overall, a therapeutic and relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
