Pizza delivered 2 & 1/2 hours late, took 6 calls to get an answer from the shop, no care that they'd clearly forgotten my order, still took another 45 minutes to have it delivered, no recompense of any kind from the store.Manager clearly has no care for good service, never coming here again

I purchased 3 pizzas to pick upArrived at the shop when they said the pizza will be ready but I was told it wasn’t ready and to come back 10mins later ( happens every time ) I noticed it had not been made then either and the docket was still clipped upWhen I returned To their credit it was readyHowever the vegan pizza I ordered was not what I ordered . I took the pizza back and asked is they can deliver the correct one . They said they would however they said it would be 15mins but it took about 75minsWhen it arrived it still didn’t look like the pizza I ordered . It was missing the vegan feta and had other sauce over it. Also it had basil that was not meant to be on it .I was going to call them again but it was 8:40 and I didn’t want to wait another 1hr so I just excepted the fact they have been terrible.I understand people make mistakes but 2 times in row! Well that made me want to write this reviewI have my own business and understand mistakes happen . However this is much more that just a common mistake and felt I need to let others know they are well below most people’s expectations

Every time we have chosen delivery it is on average 45 min late and when you call you just get told it's 5 minutes away". We chose pick up today to make sure it was ready on time and they hadn't even made them. The pizza is good but it's ALWAYS late!!!!!!!"

Ordered a pulled pork & slaw + garlic bread thru Uber eats. Was late, stone cold & no sign of pork & slaw at all. Sauce & a pile of rocket with 2 slices of pear. Incredibly disappointing. I order this from my local store in Sydney & it's always nice. This was a cold mess & such a rip off.

Walked in at the beginning of friday peak dinner service.Efficient friendly cashier. Approx 15 min wait.Visually pizza looked great. .. tasted great too with the exception that one of the slices had an undercooked prawn with a heavy aroma.Fortunately didnt experience any neg after effects. .. hence the 4 star.Food service rule: if you can smell fish then it ain't fresh.That's the coin flip when ordering seafood takeout.

Pretty ordinary.Pizzas were cold upon opening them 5 minutes after pick up.Chicken on the Vietnamese chilli chicken pizza was almost non existent.Mamma Mia up the road is way better.

I received cold & very late pizzas that looked like they had been thrown around. I’ve waited 4 months for a reply to my complaint from the manager. Pathetic customer service & rubbish pizzas. Go to Franco’s instead. Much better pizzas

Received an email deal from Crust advertising Kick Pizza Night off with a Herb & Garlic Sourdough on us!" Spent $49 on pizzas and opened the sourdough package to find three very small pieces of bread! When I called the store the staff member told me the complimentary bread was just a sample and the owner had instructed staff to do this! Still waiting for the owner to call me to explain. And the pizzas weren't that great either ..."

I would give zero if I could. I did not write a review last time but this is third time in a row when my pizza is over one hour late. I live ten minutes away and I have waited 2.5 hours for 3 pizzas. The staff have zero phone manners. I called when the order was 40 min late and was told that it has left the store and should arrive any minute. I then waited another 40 minutes - called again and was told that I fact it had just left the store then!It’s Saturday night and I understand that orders could be late but to lie about where the order is unprofessional. I will eventually find out when it left the store so what is the point is telling me a false time.Never ordering from here again. Very disappointing.2.5 hours and no pizza and if the last few times are any indication - it will turn up cold and soggy with cardboard stuck on it!What a shame, used to be good around 4 years ago.
