The guy working 2am 12 march on Sunday was sleeping inside i waited 20 minutes and no one cared to authorise the pump and had no fuel in car! Should be able to pay that by app but wouldn’t work as well!

I ordered a simple banana bread heated up but the young man behind the counter made a coffee served 5 people without putting it in the microwave to heat up.. (PS the customers ordered minutes after us) poor time management and poor communication with customer highly reccomend you stay away.

Literally every single time ive been there, the staff were always too busy to serve customers just wanting to pay for their petrol. They were always preoccupied looking after the customers ordering coffee and food. Ive waited up to 8 mins in line during peak hour to pay for petrol before. I now try to avoid using this servo if i can.

Avoid this place at all cost. I paid for 50L worth of fuel and was charged $60 twice by the operator. When I realised this I called and was told to wait 24hours and I would be given an automatic refund. This did not happen. I called again and was told the operator would speak to their manager and call me straight back. This did not happen. I called again and was told I needed to come to the station to receive a refund. I live 1 hour away but returned to the station at 5.30am on a Sunday morning. The operator refused to refund me saying only his manger could do this and he refused to contact her. I still have no refund and have only $30 in my account untill payday.

The worst ever. Made an order on Uber Eats and not only did they make me wait an hour over the estimated time but they also gave me items that didn’t add up to the value of my order. Don’t even consider this place

Staff weren't very friendly and the service wasn't good. They looked quite miserable... couldn't hurt to smile considering you're working in customer service? I was also looking at the muffins when a staff member abruptly and rudely said what coffee would you like. I was a bit taken back by the tone and assumption. I proceeded to let her know I was not after coffee. It felt really uncomfortable.A hi can I help you would OR hi how are you, would have been a nicer way to open the conversation.

Horrible customer service. You are never greeted nor even spoken to. They just point at the eftpos terminal and wait for you to pay
