Can't say enough about these guys. The equipment quality was so good my instructor couldn't believe it was a rental.My 6yo Son this morning had issues with sore feet from his boots and they spent no less than 30 minutes with him sorting him out and making sure he was comfortable and happy. Genuinely awesome people.

Our rental booking wasn’t delivered so it may seem odd that this is a five star review. But in life things do go wrong, and what matters is how a problem is handled. The Snow Rider team identified the problem before we even called them about it. Damian contacted me after hours to let me know they had identified the issue and were working on it. Damian and James got all the gear ready overnight, and then came in and opened the shop early to ensure that we were kitted out in time for our lesson before personally driving us to the lift to ensure that we were on time. Good service on a good day is easy. Great service on a bad day, is awesome. I can’t recommend Snow Rider highly enough, because even if things go wrong, the team will have your back and move heaven and earth to make things right for you. Thank you Damian and James - can’t thank you enough and we will definitely be back.

Managed to ski again for the first time in 15 years thanks to Damien's incredible patience, persistence and professionalism in making the perfect fit for my tricky feet. The joy of skiing with my kids was indescribable! I've been so many places where fitters gave up on me. I wish I could give more than 5⭐️. The staff here are just so incredible. They really went above and beyond for my friends and I. Gear rental was seamless and easy and the price is easily the best deal at Falls Creek.

Quality gear to buy plus can rent performance ski's here. There are also toboggans to rent for the kids.

Very convenient location (downstairs in the Falls Creek Hotel just off the village bowl) and super helpful and friendly staff. Went out of their way to help us bunch of beginner skiers and boarders. Thanks heaps guys.
