Beyond rude phone service. Didn’t get my business tonight. Won’t be going here again. Such a shame new owners have ruined the original Pizza Boys good reputation. Unacceptable.

Very busy, best pizza, worth the high price as they have fresh quality ingredients. Lots of staff that are always busy, but always a waiting line on Friday and Saturday night. If you haven't tried this place, at least try it once, you will never go anywhere else. (Unless you have a Nonna at home that makes homemade pizza)UPDATEPIzza Boys Morwell is moving in May 2023 to 242 Commercial Road Morwell. They will be closed for moving from the 15th of May to the 25 of May.

Rang to order pizza, phone service was professional. When l arrived l was greeted by staff, pizza was ready and as l exited was also wished a good night.Pizza was lovely and had lots of topping.

The pizza arrived ten minutes earlier than specified and arrived hot and steaming. The dough is amazing, light and fluffy and the toppings are fresh, delicious and generous. Three slices filled me and I usually eat more in one sitting when I have pizza.Customer service was an absolute 10/10 from the one who answered the phone and from the delivery driver. Great work boys, keep it up!5 stars is a massive understatement for not only the quality, but the service also. 100% would recommend.

Seriously needs to modernise their system. Usually when you call if you get through it’s loud and hard to hear. If you don’t get through it doesn’t have a message it just hangs up, or a your call is important please wait. The pizza is awesome but the anger I feel when calling trumps the flavour and quality.
