Took them 30min just to start on my Pedicure. Very disappointed and don’t even bother going there. The lady that served mt was super rude.

Majority of the staff are nice and almost all of them can do nail art which is great. I use to come here often however after returning this week I noticed the tools and equipment are not up to date. Drill bits are not as sharp and hygienic, files, buffers are being reused and are not up to council standard which makes me question if clippers/pushers are being sterilised. If you don't mind the hygiene side they are good for a nice set of nails otherwise there's many nail salons in the area that do both.

The worst service ever, I asked one of workers to remove my acrylic she didn’t use any equipment or acetone, she removed them forcibly by her fingers and a dental floss I told her it’s hurting but she didn’t care at all and kept going. After that she did my new acrylic set on my damaged real nails and one of my fingers kept hurting for over a week because half of it was removed from the roots. And the most annoying part they made me pay for it.They are not professional, they have no customer service always being rude and don’t listen to what you want and also have no time management they made us wait an hour and a half. I don’t recommend

Worst experience I have ever had. I ended up waiting 1 hour from my original appointment time. It took over 2 hours for them to finish as they were swapping between people. My nails didn't even last more than 1 week. Don't waste your money and time here.

BEWARE!! Second time there for pedicure. Nail polish made it nearly 2 weeks before chipping (photo taken at 3 week mark. Took me a while to write this review lol). First time it made it to 3 weeks before chipping. everyone knows the polish will stick to the mail for months before it chips so this raised questions early on.I’m no expert but I have been getting pedicures for 20 plus years so when your toe mail polish chips after only a few weeks this leads me to believe they are using cheap products or using additives to stretch out the polish. Either way WTH!!!SKY NAILS BURNSIDE, you’re bringing the industry and other salons like yours down with this low level of service. Very sad!

No customer service at all and they use cheap products. My nail paint started to chip off the very next day. Disappointed ☹️

Disappointed is an understatement. I come here to get my nails done often and I’ve tipped the staffs from time to time, I usually don’t ask for the price first either and just trusted their price judgement. This time I got my nails done on 2nd Jan (Monday), 2 tiny stones fell off on 5th (Thursday) Jan. I was charged for the 2 stones, and advised that it’s only free within a week, despite the fact that I had explained to the same girl who did my nails that I was away from Melbourne for a trip and couldn’t come until today 13th of Jan (Friday) because I had work during their opening hours and today I got to finish early. In my mind I was thinking it weren’t even glued on properly because when the stones fell off there weren’t much glue mark left on my nail but I didn’t bother to comment anything further. Safe to say I won’t be coming back to this salon again, it’s not the fact that I was charged, it was more of the fact that they don’t really value returning customers at all nor want to listen.

I had SNS on Monday and l have rheumatoid arthritis on my right hand. I am not able to relax my hand properly and did the best I could. The girl was getting very annoyed and demanded I straighten my hands otherwise it’s not going to come out properly. I felt very intimidated and felt like running out the shop. I rang to speak to the manager this morning, but the girl that answered said she will be in in the afternoon so I rang this afternoon. The girl answered and I said if that was the manager and she said it was but I don’t think it was, and she hung up on me. I tried to ring three times after that but she did not pick up. The customer service was very very poor and I think your girls need to be educated. Had a treat people with a disability. I will not be coming back to do my nails there. I noticed there were different girls there. I have not been there for a few years.

Stopped coming here because half the time I’d book in advance and still have to spend an hour waiting. Along with being charged for “nail removal” where they get another tip to rip and pry off old nails, told a girl one day that i don’t appreciate having my nails taken off this way and being charged for it, to which she was quite dismissive about & still charged me at the end. Not only was I charged $5 removal each time but it has left my nails beyond damaged after nearly a year of coming here frequently and having them removed like that. Maybe had removed properly with a file/acetone twice at most and I would go monthly. Along with nails occasionally breaking within a matter of days and being charged $5 nail to have it fixed on one occasion 2 days later and blamed it on the fact I get quite long nails. Only reason 2 stars is I used to come was for the girl who killed it with nail designs, but have since found somewhere slightly further away that actually do their job properly and with care. Would avoid this place unless desperate.They also try to get you to bank transfer/payid payment for tax avoidance which is illegal.
