I moved my I.T. support to Freedom IT about 8 months ago. Phil is very responsive to my support tickets, usually within the hour. My previous support would be next day. Without computers, your work productivity is virtually zero so getting back up and running is a priority. And his fees are very reasonable. Phil is a small business who takes pride in his customer service ... with personal service. I highly recommend Freedom IT.

Phil encouraged me to 'take the leap' to change from home to business Microsoft and he set it up for me, which has been great. He has followed up to check it is working as designed and in one area that it wasn't he had it sorted out within the hour. He is a professional at his job and makes life easy for the non-technologically inclined client. Great service!

We have known Phil for approximately 20 years, so even before I established my own business, I contacted Phil. I needed help with my logo, website, IT hardware and software.Phil has literally been on “speed dial” for almost the entire 20 years. We subscribe to Phil’s ongoing service package which is invaluable for us. Even when I call him with the most inane question, he patiently answers and finds solutions for me, in his quiet and professional manner.We literally could not operate our paperless business without him.
