Ayman is such a welcoming concierge, always helpful and friendly to visitors. Some of the other staff should really take a note from his book! .. a true gentleman.. I have travelled the world and he is the best concierge I have ever met! God bless Ayman

It’s a good place to live

Never buy a property from Greenland. We bought in January 2021 and 2 years later still have defects that have not been rectified. They promise you they will get fixed and never follow through and have the worst customer service.

Médiocre la façon dont le concierge a parler à une fille qui délivrer de la nourriture ce midi elle a sonner chez le locataire lui a dit voici la livraison de nourriture pour l’appartement il lui a manquer de respecter en la mettant dehors de l’établissement et il est sorti il a pousser son vélo et lui a dit qu’elle n’avait rien à faire ici elle a commencer à lui répéter plusieurs fois respecte moi je suis un être humain quand même et quand ce concierge au costume bleu a vu des clients arriver à commencer à rentrer dans l’établissement comme ci il ne s’était rien passer c’est inadmissible . J’invite le directeur de cet établissement à visionner les caméras c’est un scandale et dans ce genre de résidence cela ne devrait pas arriver . C’est une honte pour cette pauvre fille qui effectuer juste une livraison c’est son métier et il n’y a pas de sous métiers tout les métiers se respectent notion que ce concierge ne connaît pas .Poor the way the concierge spoke to a girl delivering food this afternoon she rang the tenant's doorbell told her here is the food delivery for the apartment he failed to respect her by kicking her out of the establishment and he got out he pushed his bike and told her that she had no business here she started repeating to him several times respect me I'm a human being anyway and when this janitor in the blue suit saw customers manage to start entering the establishment as if nothing had happened, it is unacceptable. I invite the director of this establishment to view the cameras it is a scandal and in this kind of residence it should not happen. It's a shame for this poor girl who just makes a delivery, it's her job and there are no sub-jobs, all jobs respect each other, a concept that this concierge doesn't know.
