They have almost everything you could need, and online ordering is easy. They have two small isles dedicated to cat needs, a decent fish and reptile section, an isle for rodent necessities, and the rest of the shop is more or less dedicated to dogs. Unless you have a dog or a fish, you might be hard pressed to find exactly what you need. Online ordering for delivery bypasses this lack of pet products by ordering from other stores. It would be nice to see a wider range of cat products.

Have a good range of stock, But never trust their website stock levels have been caught to many times with items that are meant to be in stock but are not there.Sure use them if you can wait.

I was served by a young person who went out of his way to help us. Really great to see such excellent customer service. We will certainly be going back for all our puppy needs.

Went into look for some accessories for my fish tank, was served by Michelle she provided 10/10 customer service and answered all my questions and helped me out with the best products needed.

Wasn't asked once if I needed help. Girl that served us had a very snappy attitude. Even my 8yr old granddaughter said later how rude the girl was. Be sticking with Kirwan store.

Had a pretty average experience in your fish department. It’s great that as a company you value employees who are good pet owners, but when you have staff with extreme views attempting to use this as a selling point it’s pretty poor taste. I was informed the fighter fish are stock standard cheap, inbred and deformed and in the next breath she acted like it was a death sentence selling me a fish to go into a tank without a heater. In Townsville. It comes off rude, not knowledgable. I won’t be rushing back here in a hurry.
