Sounds too good to be true, right?Read on for the details.***After living in the same house for more than 30 years, we decided to do some home improvement. Firstly, the existing sliding security door has become heavier and hard to move. The other sliding door has only a sliding fly screen door and I have always wanted a security sliding door so that I can leave the glass door open during warm nights.I got free measure and quotes from a range of companies, some big established companies as well as a small business with excellent reviews. All of them recommended removing both doors and replacing with new ones. We were shocked when we found out the total cost for both doors and decided not to go ahead. Thank God, months later, through word of mouth, we heard about Illusion Flyscreens & Security Doors. They came in quickly to give us a quote that didn't require removal of the existing doors. For the first door, they replaced the old door with a new single sliding security door. As for the second door, they extended the track to accommodate a new single sliding security door. We are so happy that we got what we wanted after all these years. After attempting several times to get another big name provider to quote with no luck I stumbled across Illusion Flyscreens and so glad I did. They were quick to come onsite to quote and helped me to understand what my options were. After agreeing to proceed with the items, their communication was seamless and proactive. I'd have no issue recommending them to anyone in the market for retractable flyscreen doors and security screens.

Very pleased with this team attending to my call for a screen door with pet mesh, for an outdoors patio area. Mat did a brilliant job on the install, and James and the girls in the office had great communication. Would highly recommend, price was cheaper than others, but not lacking in quality. Well matched in colour too.

I had a sliding re tractable flywire screen installed and whilst the communication between the bloke who measured it and how it was installed was not perfect and the screen frame came adrift, the company arranged for a rectification within 2 days which I appreciated . I spent over $7k replacing my sliding door set and wanted a quality product to complement it .

Purchased front and rear security doors as well as some fly screens for the windows. Got in contact at a very good time, was a very quick and easy process, measuring took no time at all and the installation was also extremely quick.The blokes out to do the measure and install were great and answered any questions I had. The admin team were extremely nice and made me feel very accommodated for any dates and times to work around my schedule.The security doors and fly screens are great, you can feel the quality and I was reassured that if there were any issues that I could get back in contact at any time.Definitely recommend going with Illusion.

Excellent service and communication, without any fuss or problems with trades or cancellations. Purchased retractable screen 4 years ago and needed another one this month. The installer did an excellent, quick and clean install. Would highly recommend. Very hard to find excellent professionals these days.
