I’ve had ongoing neck and lower back issues for as long as I can remember, after trying a hand full of different masseuses and Physio’s I’m so happy I’ve finally found a place that can actually get me up and running pain free again. Highly recommend Lachlan at xceed sports

I've been seeing Lachlan for over a year now. For unusual issues with my shoulders and back. I have never felt better. I get continuous maintenance to keep everything in check.I cannot recommend Xceed enough between the remedial and physio work they are the best.Thank You Xceed

This place knows what to do with any issues you may have. Very friendly, booking online is easy. Parking can be a problem on school days buts that's the only thing I don't like. Give them a go you won't regret it.

Mason was so knowledgable! He’s pretty much cured my shoulder pain i have had for months in 1 session along with dry needling and certain stretches. Could not be more happy. Will be continuing to see Mason for anything in the future forsure! 5 Stars!

I had been going to Xceed throughout my pregnancy for remedial massages with Kieran to be straightened out as well as alleviate all of my back pain so I was able to finally sleep and not be uncomfortable all day. After I gave birth, I went back to Kieran for a remedial to help me with the aches and pains in my back and neck from my posture with breastfeeding. I can’t recommend getting a remedial enough as it made my pregnancy so much more comfortable as well as my post partum recovery.

Kieren was great, excellent massage and helped me understand where my pain was coming from. Gave me some great industry specific stretches to do between sessions, looking forward to coming back!
