Amazing service. Steph was very helpful although it was quite difficult to find my size (as the dress I wanted was very popular due to the amazing style of this boutique). Steph stayed with me for approx 45 minutes trying out similar dresses to the original dress I wanted and we finally reached a fantastic option. Great for school formals !!My daughter had a bit of a hard time finding a dress for her formal however I’m so great full we came past the evening boutique !! Thank you guys !! Saved the day, I’ll be sending you guys some photos on the night.

My wife was generally anxious in regards to finding a gown for an up and coming event, however staff were both patient and extremely helpful and eventually found the right dress for her.Definitely will be coming back as she was over the moon with the dress she found !! Shout out to the manager ‘Mary’ thank you so much!

I couldn’t be more happy to of come across the Evening Boutique. The most beautiful dresses and the most loveliest staff. Both Steph & Mary do everything they can to make you feel beautiful for your big event and have a wide range of knowledge and customer service that gives you confidence in any outfit you may choose. Their dresses are comfortable, unique and amazing quality plus they specialise in the Jadore evening dresses which are perfect for formal events and bridesmaid dresses. My sister and I have worn many dresses from this store and couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Very terrible customer service, staff are rude, judgmental, way tooooo pushy and made me feel uncomfortable I had to leave. They will comment on your body and size!! Iv also seen first hand and and heard from other customers that the manager/ team leader or who ever is in charge treat their staff very badly. They yell at people on the phone in their own language which I found very unappealing and made the entire store energy uncomfortable. They supply the same dresses you can find at other boutiques with much better staff and customer service.

Amazing customer service & their dresses are so stunning!!! They help you out even if you want a dress in a different colour/size. They ordered my dress from another store to accomodate for me. Highly highly recommend. Thanks again to Mira for all her help xx Will definitely be returning!

I was looking for a semi formal dress to wear to my graduation, I was given a dress to try on. The dress was not fitting me correctly and the lady from the store squeezed me into this dress. She was rude and abrupt and I felt pressured to get this dress, even though I was undecided she told me I could change it if I wanted. I wanted out of the store so I paid and left, whilst at the store I looked for there refund policies but couldn’t see it and the lady rushed me to get to someone else just to make money. I called the store to ask about a refund and was met with rudeness. She shunned me over the phone and told me it wasn’t her problem. I can’t fit into the dress and they are so rude I don’t want to go back. Clearly it’s not their problem but I’m now putting a formal complaint into consumer affairs about this store as they clearly need to have their refund policy viewable to the public and there’s isn’t. Not good enough do not recommend won’t be going back or telling my friends to go here. WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE
