Overall had a good experience with Sutherland Mazda. I dealt mostly with Larry and found him straightforward and a good guy to deal with. He offered a fair price on the trade-in and made the whole experience pretty seamless.To be honest, I didn’t have a good experience with the finance manager who was overly pushy and I found wasn’t trustworthy but Larry managed to sort everything out professionally.In the end, very happy with the car I bought - for the most part the experience with the dealership was smooth and I’ll be back to chat with Larry again when I buy my next vehicle.

The team at Mazda Sutherland were amazing!I had my car serviced and was greeted straight away by Georgia. She had all my car details ready to go and took me through everything that was going to be done so that I was in the loop.While I waited, I was able to work comfortably from in their lounge area and their experience manager, Amelia, ensured that I had everything I needed to be super comfortable. She offered me refreshments and snacks, and ensured I got a top up if needed.Amelia made the wait extremely enjoyable; time felt like it flew by quickly.Would highly recommend the Mazda Sutherland team!

Dealt with Sutherland Mazda for over 17 years when I purchased a new Mazda 6. 443,000 klm trouble free motoring followed. Professional and attentive service department who always met my needs and expectations. Just traded the Mazda in and purchased another car from them. Again the service was excellent, no high pressure antics. It was an enjoyable experience. I recommend Sutherland Mazda highly for new and second hand cars and after sales service.

What an embarrassment to the Mazda name. We placed a $500 refundable deposit on a car and inspected it less than 24 hours later to find that it’s mirrors were faulty, brakes spongy and general presentation not what was expected. We found ourselves arguing with Matt, Raj and another salesperson as they were refusing to refund our deposit, even though we had not signed anything (despite pressure to sign before we came in). They blamed the mirror operation on a fuse or circuit and expected us to believe that the deposit could only be refunded if a particular person who had seen the car the previous day would subsequently buy it. It was a horrible experience. (After several ignored emails in the days following we finally spoke to a business manager who did immediately arrange a refund).At one point during the arguing, my son-in-law asked them to stop talking all at once. Because he pointed at them, one of the salespeople said “the last person who did that, I knocked him out with one punch”. I have never had such an experience and was shaken for days after it. Needless to say I have since purchased my car from another Mazda dealership and loved the process from start to finish.Beware of this business.
