Great work. Shane installed a Herman Reese tow bar on our Audi Q7. It was a great experience from start to finish. His response and quote was very clear and the price was competitive (I had two other quotes). He arrived on time and finished the work at our house in Killara in about an hour an half. Final finish is great, better than I imagined and I didn't need to leave the car for a day at a workshop. I would definitely recommend him. Shahab

Shane and his team fitted a tow bar to my Skoda for a fraction of the price Skoda wanted to charge me. Not long after fitting, the car gave a variety of alerts and the rear radar functions (blind spot detection etc) kept cancelling. Shane came back and thoroughly checked his work and could find no fault. Skoda Service people had no useful suggestions and wanted me to bring the car to them. Shane kindly offered to pay for any repairs Skoda may have to do to rectify the work. However, I replaced my 4 year old battery and suddenly everything was normal again! Shane’s workmanship was vindicated but he was prepared to stand by his customer until everything was OK. He was genuine and friendly throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

I was looking for a tow bar to be fitted for a bike rack. Found Shane on Google with a pristine 5 stars rating. I was a little skeptical at first but decided to book the tow bar with installation after consulted with a friend who used them before. There was a delay with the tow bar order from the supplier but Shane was great keeping me informed with frequent update. Shane came to my residence and completed the job with electrics within 2 hours. The quality of work was fantastic and the service was superb and easy, Very happy and deserves the 5 star rating.
