The food was tollerable but could definitely be a LOT better, but the one thing that really put me off was their customer service. My family and I we're having our brunch there and was served by a rude waitress. We were only sitting there for a couple of minutes and was already greeted with an atitued questioning why we wanted a different cup, as there was clearly a huge lipstick stain on it. She took the cup, not even a sory was heard, and when we thanked her she did not reply besides from a blank stare. Once the food was served to us it was cold, and when id ordered a coffee and asked for some sugar, she sighed and once again, in a tone said that there was sugar right in front of me. i didnt know this as it was our first time dining there. The coffe and other drinks we had ordered took by far the longest. it took longer than the food itself, but what really dissapointed me was how much they messed up my cappuccino. I kid you not there was a whole LAYER of cinnamon. Usually i wouldnt mind this but it felt like i was just drinking cinnamon. will not be going there again.

Very nice experience and great service.Had fried kfc chicken 17.5$ and the server very kindly corrected me that the serving is quite large and won’t need a main. Even though it’s listed in the entree. Taste was very nice although I took the spicy option, it was t very spicy. The sauce was ok. However the batter was very crispy and tasty.I also ordered dumplings and for 9$ u get six. U can mix and match and I had vege, prawn, chicken. And it was really nice. A little wasabi would have been great.Drink was a margarita (flop) 17$For dessert I had pineapple tipsy cake and this Erving was huge too. 2 people can easily share. 15.5$.Flat white small 4.5$ this ws ok.Overall definitely worth visiting and trying various item.

Service is consistently poor. They forget half the order on most visits. Weekend staff are inattentive, sloppy and unapologetic. It's an attractive place but beauty is only skin deep. Food is average and more expensive than two doors down.

Ordered a pizza from Milk and Honey. Possibly the worst pizza I’ve had in my life.I don’t know how to describe this. Frozen pizza vibes with raw toppings. It was also tiny(which I kinda knew ordering, 20cm) but the size of it took me back as it cost $20. Assumed the taste would have made up for the size. It did not.Genuinely disgusted by the quality. I would implore Milk and Honey to stop selling these as they are really damaging their reputation.This was not a GF base or any dietary restrictions.

I leave the house planning to try somewhere new but this place is too good so I always end up here. The Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) is the best! I love all the food I've tried here and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Such unique food - so well cooked and great flavor.Not surprised they were fully booked. Lovely staff found us outside table and food arrived promptly - will be back!

I was with some girlfriends in Hawkes Bay for the weekend and we wanted a healthy yummy brunch before going to the airport. Not locals so used Google to choose. Wow it was everything we hoped for. Top food, service and ambience in a lovely area just north of Napier city. A gem for sure!

We had breakfast here on a recommendation during our holiday and had a lovely meal. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious!
