A huge store with basically all you’ll ever need for arts and crafting.The place is run by friendly and helpful staff, the only downside is everything is quite pricey.But becoming a spotlight member (for free) gives you huge discountsPlenty of parking outside and the location is right next to a major shopping centreThere are multiple sections which make it easier to find exactly what you’re looking for and if you still can’t find it the helpful staff will point you in the right direction.All in all would recommend/10, just expect to pay premium prices for premium products

Rude aggressive Ill trained staff who argued about product. Expletive laden. I don't know where they pick them from but in all my years in retail that's 45+ I have never come across a more incompetent bunch in all my life. Avoid at all costs.

Maybe put any kind of sign up at the front of the store letting people know click and collect orders have to be collected from the furnishings desk (random?), will save other people having to line up and wait for ages at the front counter just to be told they have to go line up at furnishings (back of the store)

Super helpful advice for DIY projects. Always looking out for the most economical way to do things. Love my members discount card as well

Raylene went above and beyond to assist hubby and I in purchasing 4 m curtain rod and block-out curtains. She helped explain what different types of curtains were and then helped us choose best option. Thanks Raylene you made a stressful situation more relaxing especially for myself.

Am glad I decided to stop by, got what I needed even at a price I didn't expect and so many other options too. Will definitely be my go to for fabrics&accessories and anything that relates to sewing or crafting.

This store constantly has things advertised for the incorrect price. Such as a whole rack of bedding with a sign saying all styles and sizes $20" then it's not $20 and you get told bad luck. Given that there was loads of the same style placed in there it wasn't a accident. False advertising and I believe they are hoping to rip off people who buy multiple items and don't realise."

So went to this store today with daughter as she wanted quilt cover set and cotton pillow cases. Fantastic service very friendly staff. Daughter found (finally) a set she liked and it was clearance. So we thought! $60 but when we went to leave she seen it was charged at $150. I went straight back in (we were just in store entrance. Told register operator and went and took pictures of items in clearance and the other one same pattern/ option. Then to be told sorry but that’s not correct and can’t sell it for that price! Refund the $150 see you later and sorry. Working in retail myself we give the item to the customer for that price if it can be shown it’s in the incorrect price range. Very disappointing as it’s hard enough getting your kids to choose something and the other items in the same clearance section.UPDATE - A week later the same items (which is the same brand as clearance item) are still in clearance and haven’t been moved to correct location.

I honestly find this store to be really average. Stock levels frequently seem low and everyday items are often over-priced so that fake sale discounts can be applied. Last time I visited a single bottle of water was marked at $4.99!
