He even went over my insurance and saved me over $1000 a year on land lord insurance! Why would anyone go elsewhere!Well done guys! Dominic is currently our property manager & he has always been helpful & quick to solve any issues that may come up.He is friendly & professional & nothing has ever posed a problem for him to tackle with ease.

Dominic was my first contact with cross reality. Above all other agencies I had contacted in regards to rental properties he was by far my favourite. He responded to my enquiries within a few minutes. He was professional and friendly about all my questions. What had been a long drawn out process everywhere else seemed a breeze with Dominic. Within just a few hours he had pre approved my rental application and taken deposit. He was on time when I viewed the property and again when I signed the lease. He went out of his way to meet me 45mins away from his office so I could get the keys to my new property as well. While he was recently on annual leave he still continued to answer all my calls regarding my loss of security keys to the property as well. Most of all I really appreciate the respect shown to me and the way he always made me feel like I was a priority, not just another Tennant. I would recommend cross reality to anyone looking for a property, these guys are all over it. You won't get a better experience anywhere else.

The Team at Cross Realty has to be the best Duo since Batman and Robin. Johnny is an exceptional salesman who goes above an beyond to get that little bit extra for his vendor, and Dom has to be the happiest property manager i have ever come across, he answers call and follows up almost immediately which is unheard of from anyone in property management.Bottom line is if you're looking for a one two punch, there isn't a better combo than Johnny and Dom.
