I’ve been to Total Eyecare at Sandy Bay twice. This year was my second visit. I really recommend Total Eyecare as the Optometrist gave me the clearest vision that I’ve had in years. It is little things like being asked what my interests are. In my case, I love bird and insect photography, am a backyard watcher of insects, spiders and wildlife, plus I love reading. So Andrew Maver persisted with adjustments until I could see minute things well, and read easily. Plus the staff are all really lovely and helpful.Total Eyecare is now my optometrist service. Full stop.

No words to explain my total disappointment and frustration with this organisation. I found them unprofessional and unfair. They try to get as many consultations as possible before releasing the script for lenses, and to add tests they do not do.
