Rule of Plumb - Plumbing services

We just moved to the NSW South Coast and like all new residents, we started looking for high quality tradies to do some necessary repairs and maintenance around the house. We had a big problem with storm water drains blocking up and on one occasion, flooding the garage. Jake from Rule of Plumb was recommended to us because he had all the gear - high pressure hose, drain camera and the experience to help us. A couple of hours after he arrived, the drains were unblocked and with his equipment, we were able to locate, for future reference, where the storm water pipes ran ( no plans lodged with Council by the original builder.....). I would thoroughly recommend Jake for difficult plumbing jobs. He and his team were really great, reliable and on time. Couldn’t ask for more!

Jake has the patience of a saint! He went above and beyond in helping us make custom tap-ware and was always helpful with practical advice and knowledge about what would work in our space. He completely nailed the brief and did so with good nature, A++ workmanship, and price on point. 100% would use again and recommend.

Jake was very responsive to my urgent call, diagnosed the problem and organised a replacement and installed a new pump all within a couple of days. I was extremely pleased in my dealings with Jake, and will certainly use his company again.

Jake done an excellent job upgrading our old storage HWS to an instantaneous gas system. The install was neat and all the mess was cleaned up. He even was nice enough to point me in the right direction to fix my leaking toilet, saving me paying an hours labour for someone else to fix it

Jake is a highly skilled, professional tradesmen. We had tree roots and building rouble in an old vitrified clay pipe underneath the slab. We called Jake and within a day the pipes were clean and flowing. We will definitely get Jake back whenever needed and highly recommend for any plumbing jobs.

I recently built my home and needed a plumber. I contacted Jake for a free quote and he was organised and on time. After about five minutes of discussing the works to be carried out I knew I wanted Jake and his apprentice to do all the plumbing works in my home. They were very friendly, worked at a fast pace and respected my property, they did an amazing job and made sure they left the area clean after every job.
