I see two reasons for that, Iqbal Deol is a qualified engineer (he understands the business than just project managing) and he is HONEST. I capitalised that word because right from our first meeting to the time when my house was ready to move in, he told me a thousand ways to save money on my project, kept his commitments unless it was out of his control and ensured I was kept updated on all developments. Now that we are in the 90 day defect period, he has been more than proactive in sorting any outstanding issues. We love our house and I can safely say that with all the torrential rains in Canberra, we, touchwood, didn't have a single leak in our home. Another good thing about Punjab Homes was that we were asked to first choose our inclusions before the build was priced. This gave us a lot of flexibility than those offered by the Gold and silver packages. Punjab Homes also has an excellent team of trades people who are equally committed and honest. We loved every moment of this journey, thanks to Iqbal and Punjab Homes.
