Another day spent shopping, visiting the Majura Big w we enjoyed a walk through looking at childrens swimming toys and walked out with a bag full. Big w always feels like the other chain of store we go to when we cant get it locally, purely not one close to us but a great store none the less. A great range at good prices and you can find items you can't find anywhere else. It you are in the need of manchester, clothing or kids toys, definetely have a look.

The lady at the self checkout area was rude when I attempted to take out cash at the machines. I tried one machine and it froze then she said directed me to another, which also froze. She then gave me a heap of attitude and blamed me for trying to withdraw cash too many times and breaking the machines. Maybe don’t blame customers for your IT issues.

Online click and collect order for carded action figures. Order was ready nice and quickly but the staff member damaged my order as when i went to pick up she put the piece of paper ontop of my order and pressed down hard with a ball point pen which resulted in damage

A decent store, well laid out, reasonable service.If you're used to shopping at Big W, you'll recognise the layout and the products. It's pretty similar to the one in Woden, the one in the Canberra Centre etc.

Have been a regular here but wanted to give a 5* simply because of one staffer going out of their way to help me. It's a large format shop bit well stocked and is usually spacious even at busier times. Bit pricier than Kmart I think but apart from that no complaints.

I tried to shop for men's clothes here and it was a nightmare. For some reason they've chosen to group brands together rather than types of clothing. Want to find pants? They're in 7 different places. It is the antithesis of what large store retail should be. It's staggeringly bad to a point where I left and found a Kmart instead. Where all the pants were in one place and I instantly found what I was looking for. Avoid this place at all costs.

A big Big W store located near Canberra air port in Majura Park shopping centre.The store is clean and tidy and compared to plenty of other Big W stores I visited this store a lot of variety of items.A few electrical items as well as other items were on sale when i visited today.Free 2 parking is available to customers visiting Majura Park shopping centre.

I am a regular shopper at Majura Park Big W and wanted to commend you on your helpful staff particularly yesterday. A lovely very tall lady wearing shorts at the entrance greeting customers who also assisted me at the self checkout kiosks with my gift cards I had purchased. Thank you for the exceptional service and assistance.
