Bought an openrun pro headphone. But the size was too large for me. Went back to the store to swap and they refused saying covid reason. I havent even used it. And they refer me to the shokz but when i email them, shokz said they got nothing to do as i bought it from the retailer. What a shame.store sayd comoany and the sompany says retailer. Cant even use it properly coz of the size. Be carful while u purchase it on this store. Once you take it out of store, you will be responsbile for it whether u will be able to use it or not.no swap or exchange. Really bad experience.

Called these guys with an internet emergency and one of their technicians, Oshada showed up no more than 10 minutes later. He was very professional, proficient and got right to work fixing the issue in only about 15 minutes. All done at a very reasonable price, too. Would highly recommend.

Ignorant and arrogant staff that don't understand the basics of current. Sad when staff know less than customers but they laugh at you. Never again.Your response is a complete lie. Your staff don't understand cable ratings. Your responses were rude. Your knowledge is poor and your attitude to customers suck. Customers- Please ignore my review and go see how bad they are for yourself.

Super unprofessional behaviour. I’ve been multiple times and the store manager is a tool, not the useful kind either. I couldn’t recommend not going to this place enough. Unless you know exactly what you’re looking for they belittle you and are very unhelpful. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

No care for supporting customer experience. I dealt with two different sales assistant, I commented on the cost of the item and none of them mentioned I could use a MyAlice discount voucher. When I realized and asked to reverse the transaction to apply the voucher the manager said no.Unlike other stores that were actively promoting the use of the voucher, this store missed the chance twice.Are you telling me that 2 days later you couldnt process a return and resell using a voucher valid on the day? Please!
