The whole team at Sentry Locksmiths are very friendly and helpful. I spoke with Rachel who organised the call out for me. She took the time to explain my possible options all within an affordable price range.I just moved into a new house and needed my doors rekeyed onto the least about of keys possible whilst not forking out any unnecessary extra $$$. Shane was extremely attentive and professional and took the time to explain to me all my options that suited both my needs and that he felt would benefit me, not the company. It’s good because you know exactly what you’re getting and paying for, with no surprises. Sentry Locksmiths are extremely diligent and you can tell Shane knows what he’s talking about. I felt that my home was safe in Sentry Locksmiths hands!! It wasn’t just about getting the job done and going. Shane made sure all my questions were answered and even educated me on some things, nothing was rushed. They definitely listen THEN deliver and live up to all their positive reviews. 100% would recommend and use them in the future.
