Capital Radiology Templestowe Lower

Would never go here for a scan again. I went in yesterday for an ultrasound. The receptionists were absolutely lovely. The sonographer rushed the appointment which I paid $120 out of pocket. She literally ran out the door at the end and spent very little time on the scan. I was the first patient for the day, there was no reason to rush.She made me feel very uncomfortable. I know the health care system is under pressure but the way she rushed everything was absolutely rude.

I called around many places on a Saturday morning to try and secure a spot for an urgent scan, and many either didn’t answer or didn’t have space. There was no wait time when calling the Templestow location. Lucinda on reception was so incredibly understanding, warm and lovely, and managed to squeezed me in before they closed at 1pm. The clinic also honoured the bulk billing request by my GP, which other radiology companies said they would not do. Highly recommend this clinic, and a massive shout out to the awesome Lucinda for the amazing customer service (not just with me, but with everyone I saw her interact with while I was waiting!).

Never got through on the phone. After 30minutes on hold the call dropped last Friday. Today I was on hold for 30 minutes again with no response. Was looking for service that dentist informed not all radiology clinics provide. I'm guessing Capital don't do dental imaging.

Excellent service provided by all of the staff. Lucinda in reception is one in a million! Outstanding service always with a smile! So genuine! What an amazing young lady!Absolutely a breath of fresh air! If only there was customer service like this everywhere else, the world would be such a better place!

I took my 2 year old here for a x-ray. Staff were fantastic from reception to the actual radiographer. We didn't have to wait long and they were so good with the littlie. She could hold a doll and got a sticker after. Highly recommended!

Staff here are NOT NICE! from the moment you enter you are treated bad, it starts at reception and moves forward to the Ultra Sound people who have absolutely NO Patience. Get out of the medical industry if you can not show some patience, empathy and/or understanding towards your clients, who have not come by for no reason we are there because we have a medical issue, that needs to be addressed. Sorry we put your staff out by coming. I will go somewhere else in future including speak with my Doctor regarding the way your company allows it staff to treat people. Hopefully he will take it on board and move away from you also.

5 stars to Anne doing the ultrasounds. Lovely and welcoming person. As for the receptionists, 2 out of the 3 were nice. Unfortunately I had to deal with the tall one that has the personality of a piece of sliced bread. She should not be in a customer service role. Maybe something behind the scenes would suit her better

Entire experience was absolutely awful. Arrived promptly for my appointment only to wait OVER AN HOUR when others only took minutes to be seen and left soon after arriving. When I asked Lucinda the receptionist, she responded by saying that they were doing me a favour fitting me in and that I can walk out anytime. When the sonographer, Melissa, finally got me for my ultrasound, there was no apology or even acknowledgement that I was kept waiting without at least being updated on the situation.I understand that the healthcare system is always inundated and things don’t tend to run on time, but it was the lack of basic respect, understanding and communication that really appalled me. It is really disappointing that people be treated this way.

Went here for a dating ultrasound. Good experience. Staff were professional and friendly. Sonographer gave us time to look at the images and answered our questions professionally.

I visited Capital today on very short notice, immediately following an appointment upstairs concerning a lung issue. I could barely speak, due to what is likely laryngitis, and I really only popped down to make a booking for another time, as I imagined they'd either be wrapping up for the day, or too busy for walk-ins.Instead, the incredibly patient and friendly receptionist took my referral directly to the radiologist, who happened to be passing by, and booked me in immediately.The radiologist then collected me from the waiting room within minutes, as soon as I'd filled out the consent form, and took me through to the CT room.The whole visit was done within 15 minutes, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. All of the staff here were patient, helpful, and so friendly, and I will absolutely be going back for any future radiology needs. Highly recommended!
